Heather
Robinson, a US-Swiss dual national, has a passion for fostering success across
borders. She develops and facilitates effective, engaging and ethical training
and organization development programs with an eye to working across cultures.
Her work is grounded in a lifetime of experience on four continents and two
decades in business and industry.She has an MA in Whole Systems Design specializing in Organization Systems Renewal from Antioch University, Seattle, Washington, where her area of concentration was Strategic Planning and Systems Design. She has completed several courses at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication in Portland, Oregon.
She is certified in business German through the Prüfung Wirtschaftsdeutsch International, working in both English and German. The Business Marketing Association (BMA) recognizes Ms. Robinson as a Certified Business Communicator (CBC). Ms. Robinson has presented at professional conferences in Canada, Curaçao, Germany, Jamaica, Italy, Spain, the U.K. and the U.S..
