Rossana Miranda-Johnston is founder of Miranda-Johnston Cross-Cultural. She is an experienced trainer and coach who delivers custom-designed cross-cultural and leadership training programs to support business interactions, international relocation, teambuilding, leadership development, customer service & sales, cross-cultural communication and diversity & inclusion. Rosanna’s passion for her work is matched only by her passion for fresh food – she grows many of her own vegetables and looks forward all year to the beginning of wild mushroom hunting season.
Born and raised in Mexico, Rossana has an undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology and received a master’s degree in Intercultural Management from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont, USA. In addition, she has completed the year-long Ontological Coaching certification program at Newfield Network, as well as many other training courses. She has lived and worked in Mexico, the United States, Portugal, Israel, England and Italy, and she is fluent in Spanish and English.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Rosanna has delivered face-to-face training programs in the United States, Canada, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Uruguay, Trinidad& Tobago, Mexico, Spain, England and Italy. She has also delivered webinars on Latin America, Europe, Canada and the United States for a number of global teams.
Her clients include a variety of Fortune 500 companies in a number of industries, as well as several governments and non-profits. Among them are Amgen, Apple, ArcelorMittal, Archer Daniels Midland, Cargill, Caterpillar, the Mexican Consulate in Denver, DaimlerChrysler, Schering Plough, Scotiabank-Inverlat, Hewlett Packard, Volkswagen, Wal-Mart de Mexico, Washington Group International, Honeywell Aerospace and others.
Rossana is a member of SIETAR-USA (Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research), ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and the Newfield Network. Her commitment to the field of cross-cultural training is fueled by her natural curiosity and her love of learning, along with a belief in the power of companies to impact communities and countries.
