Anne Ehringhaus


Anne Ehringhaus is Principal Consultant at ECCO, a consulting firm specializing in cultural awareness programs, intercultural teambuilding workshops, cultural competence development, pre- and post-departure orientations and cultural briefings for countries and regions in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. Anne’s passion for sharing knowledge extends from her business to one of her hobbies. She loves to go mushroom hunting from early summer to late fall and is happy to teach everything she knows about them to interested children and adults.

Anne holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Koblenz-Landau and is a certified Systemic Organizational Consultant through the Institute of Systemic Consulting in Wiesloch, Germany. She is also a certified practitioner of Process-oriented Embodiment-focused Psychotherapy. Anne has completed programs at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication in Portland, Oregon and has presented at intercultural conferences and at universities.

A native of Germany, Anne has supported groups and individuals in the US, Germany and Indonesia since 1998. She is fluent in English and German, proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, and has a basic knowledge of French.

In 2017, Anne relocated with her family back to Germany and currently resides in Trier. She now works part-time as a clinical psychologist in a pilot project for at-risk children in Luxembourg supporting children with severe adjustment disorders.

Anne is a member of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) Germany.
